Reservation Cancellation/NO SHOWs Policies

Effective as of September 2015:

Normal Reservations (Non Holiday):
All normal reservations require a minimum of 48 hours (two business days) advanced notice of cancellation.

If you do not show up for your scheduled reservation within 24 hours of your boarding date – your reservation will be deleted from our system and your space will become vacant for another client to schedule.

Holiday Reservations:
All Holiday reservations require a minimum of seven days advanced notice of cancellation.
